You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Authorized Use
By connecting your Stripe account to Quitlo, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the authorized owner or administrator of the connected Stripe account

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Quitlo complies with your own customer agreements and applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Quitlo provides tools and templates to assist with compliance, but does not provide legal advice.
4. AI Voice Calls
Quitlo's AI voice agent will:
- Identify itself as an AI assistant at the beginning of every call
- State that it is calling on behalf of your company
- Provide an immediate opt-out option for the call recipient
- End the call promptly if the recipient requests it
- Never attempt to sell, retain, or persuade the customer to return — calls are strictly for feedback collection
Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of generating insights delivered to your account. Quitlo does not use call content for training AI models unless you explicitly opt in to such use.
